Domains you enter. When you type a website or business name into our site, we record it and look up public information about that domain: whether it is registered, its public DNS records (such as nameservers and email records), and its public web pages, including their titles and links.

Billing information.Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited details, such as your billing name, the last four digits of your card and your payment status. We don’t store full card numbers.

Your site’s content and DNS. For customers, we store the content of your website and the DNS records we manage for your domain.

Usage information. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people use our website, such as pages viewed, referring sites, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Domain lookups from visitors who don’t sign up are kept only as long as needed to provide and improve the scan. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
